1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Shada Academy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

Shada Academy is provided to learners and administrators affiliated with subscribing tenant organisations. Individual sign-up outside a tenant is not supported.

3. Content

All training materials are the property of the tenant organisation that published them. You may use them only as permitted by your organisation.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to share account credentials, attempt to access other tenants’ data, or use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person.

5. Liability

Stub — final liability cap, dispute resolution forum, governing law (Kenya), and warranty disclaimers to be added in MP-02 after legal review.
